@DHLUSHelp my package been sitting at my ton for 3 days now and still no movement. Says deleiver today 1/11 and been in town since 1/9. The tracking info still not updated. Mt mail came and nothing. I try to call DHL and says wrong tracking number.. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME?

@NETGEAR @bradley This product has really been a pain. Bought it in June with 3 sattelites and it’s been hell. The main router is now seemingly not working at all. I’ve put back the Nest mesh system and it’s flawless. Netgear customer service is also shocking. I regret spending so much on this

@gregcroc @NETGEAR @bradley Apple engineers worked with my device and airplay and seen in the logs it is Netgear reporting poor network signal when I am at a satellite. Apple said NG needs to help me on their settings. #NeatgearAnyoneListening

@NETGEAR I STILL cannot get the MR60 Mesh system to work with Apple Key features of Airplay. Apple support looked at logs and is within the Mesh system and they say I need NG to help on the config. NG says I need to pay for support!!! WHY??? This has NEVER worked....
