For me, the election for Issue 1 on August 8th comes down to a fundamental question:

Do you believe Ohioans have the capacity to make informed decisions about what is best for their families and communities?

By raising the threshold to 60% after 111 years, it suggests that they do not possess this ability.

I have faith in the intelligence of Ohioans, which is why I'm voting NO on Issue 1.
