@British_Airways I am at my wits end with you. Terrible service, cancelled flights snd still waiting for a refund since May. I am unhappy and cannot get anywhere with your #badcustomerservice No one is taking to me. Next stop #bbcyouandyours

Disgusting customer service from @FitbitSupport @fitbit Refuse to send me order placed and paid for in December for brand new device under warranty. Sent refurbished lozenge after 2 months. Are you for real @parkjames
