@pandocruises 3/3 She also has tried calling multiple times but can’t get through to speak to anyone. This needs to be resolved asap, this is not a good way to treat loyal customers who have very recently been bereaved.
@pandocruises Yes and she’s done that multiple times, hence me raising it via this platform in the first place. Honestly I give up, don’t worry about it, she’s gone directly to the CEO now maybe she’ll get some sense out of them!!!

@pandocruises She doesn’t have an X account, so she can’t, hence why I’m doing it. She has tried emailing and calling and getting nowhere. I need someone from P&O to contact her directly, I can supply a phone number and email address.
@pandocruises 2/3 to confirm receipt and advised booking would be updated. She has logged on to her account a few weeks later and my Dad is still listed as a passenger, so relevant updates have not been done and she is really upset. She’s sent 2 follow up emails and no responses.

@sainsburys can you help just made some purchases in Hedge End store including a double pack of Mr Muscle drain gel (£7), have come home and must have left it behind 😭 I did self scan so maybe didn’t pick up from till. Scanned my Nectar card, anything that can be done? Thanks
