Nick Shirley on why the left hates him, that and the fact that he exposed their fraud

My opponent's plan to fix California schools is “blame Trump". He mentioned him 22 times in last night's debate.
My plan: reading, writing, math. Parents and teachers working together. The results speak for themselves.
Let's get to work. Vote early. We can fix this mess.
Oh look, yet another Colorado election where I receive both my son’s ballots. Problem is they haven’t lived with me for more than 5 years. Additionally, my oldest son has lived in a different country for the past 4 years. “Gold standard “ “safe and secure “ we are told. If election security is this incorrect for me how much fraud is in the larger system.
WOW 🚨 California Governor Gavin Newsom just “vetoed 2 bills that would have helped all the fire victims”
A lawyer for the Pacific Palisades and Eaton Fire victims is blowing the whistle on Newsom
“As a lawyer helping a lot of those people, let me tell you what's really happening. You see, the reason why he vetoed all of these that had bipartisan unanimous, unanimous support to make sure that the people, the bad guys are held accountable, like the public utilities
Here's the real reason”
He gives a full explanation, it’s a little complicated so I’ll explain
There is a major trial about to start that will finally kick off payments to fire victims. There were 2 bills that would have greatly helped fire victims get what they’re owed and quickly. Gavin Newsom vetoed both of them to aid the utility companies (his donors) and screw over the fire victims. Here’s what happened:
The 2 bills vetoed were:
SB 877 (loss-estimate transparency) This would have required insurers to give policyholders the original loss estimates prepared by the company’s adjusters, plus later revisions
SB 878 (deadlines and interest on delays) This would put claims timelines into statute and attached a financial penalty. Insurers would have had to acknowledge a residential claim within 15 days, accept or deny it in writing within 40 days and pay the accepted amount within 30 days. This means including actual cash value on a total loss within 30 days of that determination or interest would accrue
So the significance here is that the trial is about to happen, it would kick off the payments to fire victims
These bills would have gotten Fire victims all the documents needed for them to get paid correctly and quickly
But Newsom vetoed the bills, forcing fire victims to be still in limbo without the documents they need and not forcing the insurance companies to provide the correct updated estimates or anything
This isn’t shocking because Gavin Newsom’s donors are these public utility companies
The corruption is insane
I've lost track of how many times Becerra has had a "scheduling conflict."
What conflict? He has NOTHING scheduled at all!
I've been to all 58 counties in California. Hundreds of events. Thousands of interviews. And this pointless PIPSQUEAK can't be bothered to show up.
Hey Becerra!
You're running against Steve Hilton, NOT Donald Trump.
California is a nightmare after decades of Democratic control. Stop changing the subject and defend your record.
Your father was born in Sacramento, yet you described both parents as immigrants.
I still want an answer:
When was your mother naturalized?
Californians deserve answers, not political spin.

Why did you lie about your family @XavierBecerra? Where are the children? Why did you drop out of the debate? So all you have is Trump coward? You are not qualified to be governor.
