Padilla created the election scam in California and used COVID to launch it.
Do you want to know what happened?
Here it is.
Alex Padilla changed California’s election system before COVID. My three-part investigation follows the money, the warning signs, and the notice trail:

🚨 Michael Gates is right: this ruling changes the battlefield.
The D.C. Circuit just reaffirmed that government cannot impose liability for constitutionally protected investigative reporting.
That is a direct warning to Sacramento as Mia Bonta’s AB 2624 heads to Gavin Newsom.
Journalism is not harassment. Exposure is not violence. Embarrassing powerful, taxpayer-funded organizations is not a crime.
Newsom should veto the “Stop Nick Shirley Act”—or prepare to defend it in court with our tax dollars.

🚨 BREAKING: A whistleblower allegation out of Michigan may have exposed the fatal flaw in America’s Motor Voter system: government databases are transferring people onto voter rolls without independently verifying citizenship—and then relying on local election officials who may not receive the information needed to catch the error.
MICHIGAN JUST EXPOSED THE NATIONAL MOTOR-VOTER PROBLEM
A Secretary of State employee reportedly produced evidence that the driver-record system registered noncitizens when their addresses were updated.
Officials allegedly said county clerks would catch them. But the voter file reportedly does not identify citizenship status.
So exactly what are the clerks supposed to verify—and with what?
This is not merely a Michigan problem. It is the same circular system we are uncovering in California: one government database transfers information to another, and each agency assumes somebody else verified it.
The allegation is now with the DOJ. The evidence must be preserved, independently tested and publicly explained before the next election.
Verification that cannot detect ineligibility is not verification.

🚨 BOMBSHELL OUT OF MICHIGAN
A whistleblower inside the Democrat Secretary of State’s office just claimed the election software is programmed to automatically register noncitizens, including illegal aliens, whenever their address gets updated.
Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon’s response:
“If that’s true, that is definitely out of whack with our federal election statutes, and I will certainly be looking into that.”
She added that the DOJ has already opened numerous investigations nationwide and they “will not stop.”
This is exactly why we need the SAVE America Act and real citizenship verification.
Secure elections or lose the country.
🚨 CALIFORNIA’S “VERIFICATION” PROBLEM JUST GOT BIGGER
A Social Security number contains nine digits. So does an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number. So does an Employer Identification Number.
An ITIN is especially important because it uses the same nine-digit format as an SSN. The IRS issues ITINs to certain resident and nonresident aliens who are not eligible for Social Security numbers.
But California voter registration may request only the last four digits of an applicant’s SSN when no driver’s-license number is provided.
Once only four digits are entered, the identifying format and prefix disappear. Those four digits, standing alone, cannot tell election officials whether they came from an SSN, ITIN, EIN—or were simply invented.
To be clear, the federal Help America Vote Verification system is supposed to compare the claimed SSN4 with the applicant’s name and date of birth against Social Security Administration records. It should not simply accept any four digits.
But the SSA system can return:
• No match
• A single living match
• Multiple living matches
• A deceased match
• Multiple living and deceased matches
• Invalid information
Then what happens?
That is precisely the question the United States Department of Justice asked New Hampshire: What happens to a voter-registration application when the identifying information cannot be verified?
DOJ alleged that New Hampshire failed to provide an adequate answer and filed a federal complaint under HAVA. That complaint was signed under Harmeet Dhillon’s Civil Rights Division and also names Deputy Assistant Attorney General Michael E. Gates—the same Michael Gates now running for California attorney general.
California must answer the same question.
How many California voter registrations produced no match, multiple matches, deceased matches or invalid data?
How many of those registrations were nevertheless activated?
Were ballots issued?
Were any ballots counted before the discrepancy was resolved?
What documentation was required to cure the failed match?
And where is the auditable record showing what happened in each category?
There is another enormous distinction California continues to blur: even a genuine Social Security number match does not prove United States citizenship. The Social Security Administration legally issues SSNs to qualifying noncitizens.
A Social Security match may help confirm identity. It does not independently prove citizenship. It does not prove the person currently resides at the voter-registration address. It does not establish that the person is eligible to vote from that address.
This is not an accusation that every tax identification number is being accepted as an SSN. It is a demand that California disclose the controls, results and consequences of its supposedly reliable verification process.
Verification is not merely entering four digits into a database.
Verification requires an authoritative source, a conclusive match, an established procedure when the match fails, notification to the applicant, an opportunity to cure legitimate errors—and a permanent audit trail.
California says it already verifies voters.
The evidence says: **Verify what?**

⚡ XAVIER, IT’S NOT DONALD TRUMP.

Xavier Becerra and Adam Schiff are blaming Donald Trump because Californians are demanding honest voter verification.
But Donald Trump didn’t examine California’s records, document its verification failures or write this investigation.
I did.
California claims its voters are already verified. The evidence demands a simple question:
VERIFY WHAT?

Donald Trump and his MAGA co-conspirators are trying to rig California’s elections. They gutted the Voting Rights Act and now they are coming for us with Prop 39.
@AdamSchiff and I will continue fighting to protect the right to vote.
Vote NO on Prop 39 to protect the votes of all California voters who want their voices heard.
Mandy is in New Jersey, but apparently she has checked into the Hotel California model of Motor Voter:
“You can check out, but you can never leave.”
She said no. The system asked again. She was already registered, yet there was no simple “I’m already registered—leave my voter record alone” option.
That is the point. Motor Voter was not designed primarily to confirm that existing voter files are accurate. It was designed with an insatiable objective: register more voters.
In 2015, Alex Padilla sponsored California’s New Motor Voter Act, promoting it as a program that could add “millions of new registered voters.” Padilla explained his philosophy:
“We do not have to opt-in to other rights, such as free speech or due process. The right to vote should be no different.”
That philosophy became the system: Treat every DMV customer as another registration opportunity—even someone already registered who has repeatedly said no.
A government that respects your decision asks once. A registration machine keeps asking until you surrender.

Earlier this week I had to go into my DMV to renew my license they said I needed a new picture. The application asked me if I wanted to register to vote. Since I'm already registered I said no. It then asked me if I was sure. I said yes. I know there was one more question it asked me but I can't recall what it asked exactly but it felt like I was being pressured to register and in all questions there was no way to say I was already registered allowing me to cut out two following questions as I would have thought. It felt like harassment by the last question. Note that the are you a citizen question came after the voter questions. I believe it went who am I where do I live what's my license number and the very next question was voter registration. I hadn't really read up on the news coming from New Jersey until last night. They are going through the DMV to get registration in mass quantities. By the third question I can see someone giving in regardless of current desires to vote or not vote just to get through that application. I honestly felt like it thought I was stupid and I needed to be asked repeatedly. Or like I said I felt harassed by the time I was through that part of the application. I can remember saying out loud to my phone " I said no" I was upset that I was given the opportunity to say I was already registered. This is matching what I read about New Jersey and their "glitch". I would not be surprised if I was re-registered or something to that affect just to make sure there was a registered voter attached to my address. This may be what is happening nationwide. Oh and Schiff and Padilla are both entirely showing their hands in this Shasta county war. They are stopping at nothing to prevent voter id. Guilty people freak out like this. Innocent people would not care if id was asked for. They have answered it all by flipping out and I am disgusted to my core that they represent our state. They should both be in a cell under a prison. Or sent back to hell where they came from. If you are missing the evilness that drips out of their eyes trust me it's happening. Vile evil liars
🚨 WHO VERIFIED THE VERIFIERS?
Padilla certified VoteCal. Weber runs it. Bonta defends it. Becerra knew the risks. Schiff demands “maximum oversight.”
California cannot demand maximum trust while providing minimum transparency.

🚨 EMERGENCY UPDATE — CALIFORNIA ELECTION INTEGRITY
This morning, Joe Hoft published my investigation into Alex Padilla, Xavier Becerra, VoteCal, Motor Voter, Riverside, and California's missing election-security record.
But the story moved again before the article was even published.
Yesterday, Senators Alex Padilla and Adam Schiff sent Secretary of State Shirley Weber a letter demanding “maximum oversight” in Shasta County after Registrar of Voters Clint Curtis said he wanted FBI and DHS assistance testing ballots for authenticity.
https://t.co/WN0w95dhnv
And look at the cast of characters now:
Alex Padilla — former California Secretary of State who certified VoteCal and is now demanding state oversight of access to Shasta election materials.
Adam Schiff — joined Padilla in demanding that oversight.
Shirley Weber — California Secretary of State being asked to intervene.
Clint Curtis — Shasta County Registrar of Voters seeking authentication of ballots he says warrant examination.
Riverside County — specifically cited by Padilla and Schiff, where Sheriff Chad Bianco's seizure of election materials has already produced a major legal fight.
Xavier Becerra — former California Attorney General whose signed 2018 election-security warning is at the center of my investigation—and who is now asking Californians to elect him governor in November.
And then there is something readers didn't know when this morning's article went live:
I was brought into discussions involving Clint Curtis beginning June 9, just seven days after the California primary. I still have the contemporaneous messages.
I am now going back through those records.
This investigation is no longer only about what California officials knew years ago.
It is about who can examine California's election evidence today, who controls access to it, and why those questions are exploding months before Californians choose their next governor.
The article published this morning. The story is already moving.
More coming.

It’s irrelevant once we lose another election.
Enforcing the law after illegal votes are cast, mixed into the count, and the election is certified does not restore the result. We need citizenship and address verification before ballots are issued—not another investigation after the damage is done.
Election integrity must be preventive, not performative.
🚨The Trump admin. has notified ALL 50 STATES that "It is a crime to knowingly allow noncitizens to vote in federal elections" and of federal election laws.
"We will enforce them." - @HarmeetKDhillon
This is what I voted for.
@6thJenerationCA Thank you!
I’m doing what I expected my party to do: research, follow the evidence, and fight back with facts.
If they won’t do it, I will.
Xavier Becerra says California is putting “free” emergency asthma inhalers in every public and charter school.
That sounds compassionate—but parents deserve the complete story.
Who will administer them?
Under California law, it may be a school nurse or a school employee who volunteers, is designated by the school and completes required training. That could be a teacher, administrator or office employee—not necessarily a licensed medical professional.
The law allows that employee to administer stock albuterol when the employee reasonably believes a child is experiencing potentially life-threatening respiratory distress. It does not require advance parental permission. The parent is contacted “if possible” as part of the emergency follow-up.
Think about that. Schools frequently refuse to give children routine medication without written authorization from both a parent and physician. Yet an employee may administer prescription albuterol that was not prescribed for that particular child—and notify the parent afterward.
The state’s stock inhaler is a specific 90-microgram albuterol rescue inhaler, not an assortment of unidentified inhalers. But not every breathing problem is asthma, and not every child with asthma uses the same medication, device or dosage. Albuterol can save a life, but it can also cause rapid heartbeat, tremors and other side effects.
How will an employee distinguish asthma from another respiratory emergency? Will the child’s medical history and asthma plan be available? What dosage will be given, and when must 911 be called?
California recommends at least two trained employees per school—but does not require them. An inhaler sitting in an office is not a medical-response system.
And it is not “free.”
The 2025–26 state budget uses taxpayer money to provide approximately 10,000 schools with two inhalers and 25 disposable spacers annually for three years through a partnership with Amneal Pharmaceuticals.
Becerra should disclose:
• The program’s total three-year cost
• The value and terms of the Amneal agreement
• Whether competitive bidding occurred
• Who pays for training, storage and replacements
• Whether parents receive advance notice or may opt out
• Who is accountable if medication is administered incorrectly or 911 is delayed
I support lifesaving emergency equipment in schools. But delivering two inhalers is not the same as creating a safe, staffed and accountable emergency-care system.
“Free” is a campaign word.
Medication, training, parental rights, taxpayer cost and liability are the reality.

As HHS Secretary, I saw firsthand how access to lifesaving medicine can change lives.
Now California is the first state in the nation to make free emergency asthma inhalers available to every public and charter school statewide.
No child should suffer from lack of medicine because their school can’t afford it. This is what putting people first looks like.
