Been waiting since JULY for a refund from British Gas after moving house. I was told my cheque would be with me in 10 working days however I'm appalled that it is almost 6 months later @BritishGas sort it out!

@BritishGas and another thing been waiting since DECEMBER for someone to come out and do an accuracy meter check after the meter charging over £90 in 14 days! Now in Feb and spent easily over £300 not even lived in the apartment for 2 months yet! Switching companies. Let downs.
