Yet supposedly there's no way to recruit and train them to do coding work that an Indian does for 60-100k

I’m not white but to be honest I do rely on Whites, Asians, Hispanics, Black people and anyone else who makes up the supply chain that puts food on my table and power in my house.

90% of the white people I’ve met treated with respect and dignity. Racism exist but to be honest the main violent ethnic clashes are between Blacks and Mexicans. Do you live in America?

Every white person isn’t racist and black person isn’t oppressed. Some struggle more than others. It’s not perfect but it’s not hopeless either.
