Flyers against James Talarico are hitting our mailboxes out here in the country and they’re not here to play.

The flyer calls him out for supporting laws that charge parents in Texas with child abuse if they don’t affirm their child’s gender transition. It quotes him saying defending trans Texans is a daily duty. It points to his vote against HB 1106, the bill that would’ve protected parents who refuse to affirm their child’s gender identity. Bottom line, if you care about your kids, vote Paxton, abs keep Talarico as far away from children as you can.

Bailey firmly shut down the progressive spin, blaming Pritzker for fueling division by "rallying people to the streets" rather than coordinating with law enforcement to secure Illinois communities.

He argued the law has handcuffed police officers, causing morale to plummet and forcing experienced cops to flee the state.

While Trump cut taxes and has slowed Biden’s inflation, Pritzker has made life unbearable in Illinois by raising taxes $8.2B in two terms and squandering $54B in COVID aid.

Pritzker has taken money out of taxpayers’ pockets, not Trump.

To the Department of War, and everyone following the open communication today,

I wrote to Secretary Hegseth about the vaccine requirements still hitting service members. General Flynn saw it and said he’d assist in reaching the Secretary. A few hours later the Under Secretary posted the official word:

“The mRNA flu vaccine is not authorized for any Department of War or military use, including TRICARE. The regular flu shot is optional for service members except where a Military Department has asked for an exception, like basic training or operational deployments.”

I appreciate the reply and the memos being posted. I’m thankful that mRNA flu vaccines are not being utilized. Thank you. That said, my request is still the same. Please give us a clear, standing exemption that works at entry, including basic training, and when people are deploying. If a vaccine is still required in those places with no real way out, it’s a mandate. Those are the times service members have the least ability to say no. They shouldn’t be forced into medical products that come with liability shields.
Close that gap so the policy actually respects religious freedom and body autonomy for every service member.

Secretary Hegseth,

I have close friends who have been reinstated after refusing the mandated COVID vaccines. You stated how they were treated was wrong and allowed them back with back pay, some with additional rank. That’s why I’m writing you.
I’m being told that military members are still facing vaccine requirements, and the new mRNA flu shot is part of the schedule some commands are treating as mandatory. I implore you to stand up for our volunteer warfighters. They are willing to stand against our enemies. They should not be forced to stand against mandated medical products in the name of ideology or “greater good” science.
Throw these products out, or at minimum halt any mandate that regresses basic rights. As a service member I took every shot when I was young because I believed it was for the greater good. As an adult paramedic who has seen the damage firsthand, I’ve grown enough to write this request.
Please stand with and for our soldiers, Marines, airmen, sailors, Space Force, and Coast Guard. They already carry enough without being forced into decisions that can affect their health for the rest of their lives.
