@DanielOtabor I have also sa8d many times and insist that Bayo isn't getting wise with age. His obsession with anything PO leaves so much to be desired that I wonder how he rates the impact of his efforts at diminishing the gentleman. Interestngly every passing comment by PO rattles his team.
@HarmlessHQ When Monday bans you from set foot on Edo soil without his entry permit you'd realise why his name crossed your mind. D7 Governor dey im side kampe you dey throw harmless shade upadan. ๐
@One__Neo__Eon You ve all actually forgotten about those infant pupils and their teachers in Oyo forest. You're unperturbed about a presidential fake agency, but has negative energy to pin an imaginary misconduct on Alex.
Pitiful lot, assurances of my deepest empathy
@Onsogbu The epistle is as unnecessary as its length. All the foreign engagements of the Deputy Speaker were not courtesy of his persona, but the office he occupies.
So why fretting, let the electorate determine who goes to represent them. Is the man that will unseat Dr Alex Otti afraid
@HarmlessHQ I absolutely lack the adjective to qualify this your tweet.
Make I fes check my old Michael West, shaa. I sure gan I go find wan harmful word for you bizibodi.
@NigAffairs@woye1 Wicked man that calls h8mself stubborn politician, he's enjoying your family's agony and wants to break every fibre of resilience in Mallam, but God wins, will win and strengthen yours.
@NwekereNdoki Politicians are cashing out on legacy projects, not essentially HDI priority ideas for advancement and growth of the citizens. Humans remain topmost, so no society can grow without developing the minds.
There appears to be a carefully cultivated narrative taking shape.
After Remi Tinubu publicly highlighted corn roasting, akara frying, and kulikuli production as viable businesses for Nigerians, an interesting pattern began to emerge. Overnight, numerous supporters of the APC suddenly began sharing stories of how their mothers sold akara, corn and swam in poverty and still managed to train children who later became successful, built luxurious homes, and she now drives Lambo.
Influential figures and prominent businessmen like Obi Cubana, Tony Elumelu started posting videos of themselves stopping by roadside buyin and eating roasted corn.
Even one woman said she makes 2.5M monthly from selling corn.
This is a classic example of psychological conditioning.
The repeated imagery and messaging seek to normalize a particular economic reality by presenting it as not only acceptable but desirable. The underlying message becomes simple: if one of Africaโs most successful businessmen can happily buy corn by the roadside, and if corn sellers are reportedly making impressive incomes, then perhaps this should be seen as an ideal aspiration rather than a last resort, corn and akara business is not that bad after all.
There is nothing dishonourable about honest and legitimate business like akara and corn. That is not the issue.
The concern arises when governments and opinion leaders begin subtly lowering the horizon of ambition for millions of young people instead of expanding it. Citizens should be encouraged to dream beyond mere survival. They should be inspired to build industries, create technology, establish manufacturing companies, lead scientific breakthroughs, own global businesses, and compete on the world stage.
One question therefore deserves to be asked.
If roadside corn roasting and akara selling represent such attractive economic opportunities, where are the stands owned by the families of those promoting the narrative? Where are the corn businesses run by their wives, daughters, sons, nieces, nephews, and close relatives?
If this is truly the model of prosperity they believe in, it should be reflected within their own households.
Reject the normalization of poverty.
Reject the conditioning that encourages you to settle for less than your potential.
Your ambition should not be limited by the failures of a system.
A nation progresses when its people are empowered to dream bigger, innovate more, and create wealth on a scale that transforms not only their own lives but society as a whole.
Reject survival mode mentality.
Accusing me of being an Igbo person wonโt change anything. I have been accused of being an Igbo person right from the day I started supporting Obi in 2022.
Thereโs nothing you will say to me today that hasnโt been said to me in 2022.
But one thing is certain, I have grown above tribe & religion. All I want is a better country for all.
@gbengadewoyin Like Obi, like Onyia to the bonus. Ave got a GeePee tank for tears.๐ข C'mon dumbass, why didn't your NTIC send the winner to China for the global contest?
@ARISEtv One inherent issue with Tinubu's appointees is nepotism. Many seem to only think he accepts them when they project their false Omoluabi tendencies into national projects. Perhaps, the Customs, Police, should be looking at Aso-oke, too, to serve their men.
