YFE के कई लोगों से मिल चुका हूँ। उनके कार्य करने का तरीका जानता हूँ। निःस्वार्थ भाव से, बड़े वकीलों को इंगेज कर के, अपनी जेब से भी पैसा लगा कर, डेटा निकाल कर, लोगों को चेज कर के, उनके प्रतिनिधि बन कर समाज में आरक्षण के कोढ़ की लीगल लड़ाई लड़ रहे हैं।

मेरे लिए इतना ही अधिक है। और जो लोग फंडिंग पर प्रश्न उठाते हैं, उन सालों ने जीवन में एक चवन्नी किसी को न दी होगी। केस लड़ने में पैसे लगते हैं। और वह पैसा समाज से ही लिया जाएगा क्योंकि काम समाज का है।

आज तक कितने लोग स्वयं को YFE का बोल कर, उस कारण फुटेज खाते मिले? हमेशा संस्था का नाम आगे रहा। किसी व्यक्ति विशेष को आप नेतागीरी करते नहीं पाओगे। बीस वर्षों से वो लड़ रहे हैं।

जिन चिरकुटों ने जीवन में कुछ नहीं किया, नकारे बन कर, किसी के द्वारा हाँके जाने पर दो ट्वीट कर लेते हैं, उन्हें हर ऐसे कार्य से समस्या होगी।

मैं YFE द्वारा आरक्षण को ले कर किए कार्यों की सराहना करता हूँ। मैं इस विषय पर इनके साथ हूँ।

There is a reason no political party exists for GCs. There is a reason no politician speaks for GCs. Because we keep fighting among ourselves.

We have a much bigger battle to fight. We need to rise above our personal differences and focus on the policies that affect us. Disagreement is fine, but turning on people who are fighting for the same broader cause weakens the movement.

Instead of targeting @neha_laldas, we should be questioning the policymakers responsible for these decisions. Our energy should be directed at the policies and those responsible for them- not at each other.
