@OlaElectric@bhash My Ola S1 Pro has been lying at the thane service centre for more than 15 days now without any update on the issue. I doubt this is what you call hyperservice. Please look into the same and provide an update on my scooter. Pathetic
@OlaElectric@bhash its been 10 days now since my ola s1 pro is picked up for service. However i have not yet received any update on the same. The battery is depleting every day and i doubt anything is being done on the scooter
@OlaElectric@bhash my ola s1 pro was picked up after a month of waiting for rsa and is at the thane workshop since sunday. However i have not received any call from the thane workshop to check what the issue is. Look into the same urgently
@OlaElectric@bhash I am a ola care+ customer. When requested for scooter drop to my residence after service, i am denied the service citing ola policy. This is fraud. I demand my scooter be delivered to my reaidence at the earliest. Pathetic
@bhash Mr Aggarwal I am a care+ customer. My scooter is lying since a week now at the service centre ready after service. Everyday i have to call the customer care but i am denied the drop service as promised in the care+ plan. Please look into the same.

Since 2 months my ola has broken down. I also have ola care+ plan. Why do i need to call cc 10-15 times to get RSA service for my ola to be serviced? Plus service centre is holding on to rsa requests. Approve the rsa at earliest.
@IndiaPostOffice I am at the Mumbai Central post office since 12:00 oclock for closure of my term deposit which is not yet closed and now the employees have gone for lunch wothout any update. What a plight of indian post office to waste citizens time
@OlaElectric@bhash I visited the Andheri service center for loose grab handles. The bolt where the screws are fitted under the seat have become loose. To my surprise, the executive told me to buy feviquick so that he can affix the bolts under the seat. Absurd & pathetic.

@OlaElectric@bhash My Ola S1 Pro is at Thane WS since 26.08.24. I have been requesting ola through X platform & emails to provide an update since the scooter is picked up but no update till date. Request update till evening failing which i will be forced to take legal action.
@jagograhakjago Please intervene as this is causing me hardship and may be a case of many other customers who are waiting for their scooters to be returned back.

@bhash@OlaElectric what a pathetic service. My Ola S1 Pro was at Thane workshop since 26.08.24. Today I received the Ola but was disappointed to see that the ola was totally damaged with visible panel gaps, damaged foot rest and battery flap ans entire scooter sqeeking.
@bhash@OlaElectric@OlaElectric@bhash For how long do I need to wait for a resolution? There are numerous ticket numbers being created and all of a sudden these tickets are being resolved without any resolution. Stop cheating and start resolving the issues.
