This is very helpful news news for us. Now we will never use this type of company's policy like bajaj Allianz

[AM Solanki @aAkashSo]

insurance policy has been extremely disappointing.

Recently, my car with registration number GJ04CJ0036 was involved in a minor accident at Changodar, Ahmedabad on March 6, 2024. The damage occurred on the front and driver's side of the vehicle. However, when your Surveyor

[AM Solanki @aAkashSo]

Urvil Patel (contact number: 9099013585) inspected the car, he informed us that Bajaj Allianz would not cover the cost of repairs. He claimed that the damage was from a previous accident and even pointed out a spot where Fevikwik had been used to repair the car.

[AM Solanki @aAkashSo]

Despite agreeing to replace the bumper, Urvil Patel is now refusing to replace the fog lamp. This inconsistency in decision-making is unacceptable.

I have several concerns regarding this situation:
1. Why did you take photos of the car when we purchased the insurance if

[AM Solanki @aAkashSo]

you were going to deny our claim after an accident? Is this how you treat your customers?
2. If you have doubts about our claim, you should have the courtesy to inspect the car regularly for evidence.
3. Your representatives have been rude and unhelpful, constantly rejecting

[AM Solanki @aAkashSo]

our claims and rushing us through the repair process. This behavior is unacceptable.
4. If this is how you conduct business, I will not be renewing my policy with Bajaj Allianz General Insurance and will advise others to do the same.
5. We purchase insurance for peace of mind and

[AM Solanki @aAkashSo]

protection in case of accidents. However, this experience has left me feeling anything but secure.
6. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue. Please address my concerns as soon as possible

I have Bajaj Allianz general insurance for my car. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue where they refused my claim. As a result, I had to pay for the repairs out of my own pocket and switched my policy to @TataCompanies @RNTata2000

@aAkashSo @BajajAllianzLIC @Bajaj_Finserv @BajajAllianz @tapansinghel @jagograhakjago @consaffcircle @consaff @HyundaiIndia @Hyundai_Global I am also not happy with this Bajaj insurance. I also had zero insurance and they didn't respond in a very strange manner and also bajaj insurance is cheating many people by not providing full insurance under zero deck.

@aAkashSo @BajajAllianzLIC @Bajaj_Finserv @BajajAllianz @tapansinghel @jagograhakjago @consaffcircle @consaff @HyundaiIndia @Hyundai_Global I have heard that Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company has a reputation for denying claims in 6 out of 10 cases. Bajaj Allianz should work on improving their claim settlement ratio as their current services are considered to be the worst.
