@Joeymds@TLRailUK Every single day. It’s awful. Always some kind of excuse but never an acknowledgement of the inconvenience it causes to people on a daily basis.
@betteradri@TLRailUK Would be very interested to hear if they compensate for instances like this. They are very quick to ‘apologise’ but what do they actually do about the significant inconvenience caused?
@Johndxwm@TLRailUK Absolute shambles of a service. Awful. Every single day there are issues. Absolutely no consideration at all of the inconvenience it causes people. The knock-on effect it has on people who need connecting trains etc. Absolute disgrace.

@TLRailUK What is the point of a formal complaint? That’s not going to get me back all the times I’ve missed my next train is it? It will be a token gesture and then it happens again the next day.
@TLRailUK Just been told the delay in departing is because you don’t have a driver. What do you mean you don’t have a driver?? Absolute disgrace of a service. Why are you scheduling trains on an already restricted timetable if you don’t have a driver? #thameslink#brokenbritain
@TLRailUK But it isn’t just a one-off is it? Your trains are always always delayed and that leads to people missing their next trains. You never think of that do you? Just a token apology and a crappy form to fill in to claim but a couple of quid. Awful awful service #thameslink
@TLRailUK driver turns up and says his taxi was delayed. Well this one persons taxi being delayed has now delayed another couple hundred people using this train. We used to be a serious country. #Thameslink by far the most consistently poor service!
@TLRailUK But what about any consideration of the knock on effect that has?? Absolutely nothing. Me claiming back £1.75 for the delay doesn’t make up for the fact that I now miss my next train. And this happens all the time! The most cowboy service going.

@ShehzadArsenal@LeeBeeSW I’m with O2 and always always get better reception abroad than the UK. My phone is completely unreachable from Holloway station onwards let alone inside the Emirates 🤣 Budapest I had full signal all through the game 🤣
@DarrenArsenal1 With phase 2, does it matter when you enter the ballot itself? As in will it make any difference doing it right at the first opening point or doing it a day later?
