@nejatian @Opendoor Pretty much as cruel as it gets. Just fire people and give them severance. Instead you hide behind the mask of RTO with unrealistic expectations putting the weight of the situation on the employee. Performative corporate cosplay, but sadly the norm.

@nejatian @Opendoor This is a real slap in the face to OD employees. You have one week to get in the office or you're gone. Essentially putting the onus on employees to uplift their families and move across country in the middle of the school year or be fired.
