Surveillance video shows an Amazon delivery driver hurling a package at a home, then casually walking back to the delivery van.

The homeowner said the loud impact made her think someone was trying to break into the house, startling both her and the dog.

Amazon says it identified the driver and is taking appropriate action, calling the behavior "unacceptable."
