@Dischem the most inept and incompetent customer service at the Boksburg North S002 store. I have a monthly repeat script, 6 and it’s over 1 month since 1st collection I went go today to collect my meds and it’s not even packed. I should probably start using @Clicks_SA

@Dischem trying to find out when I can collect my meds, script was dropped off 3 weeks ago at Boksburg branch. Tried calling but no answer and when trying to leave a voicemail the mailbox is filled. This is horrible customer support

@Nedbank worst customer service at Nedbank Northmead branch. Waited outside the branch for over 10min, not a single Nedbank employee assisting customers at check in desk. Horrible service

@Vodacom Dreadful customer service is the norm. My experience with Vodacom from Dec2024.
1st it was a device upgrade,the device never delivered.
Now Vodacom activated “Vodacom Contract Cover” of R6.99 without permission

@Vodacom Further, Vodacom had put my account on hold because my debit order was on a Sunday, non banking day so my account is in arrears

@bp_SouthAfrica just had a terrible customer experience at a BP filling station on Northrand Road, Boksburg.
None of the speed point machines in the forecourt was available for customers to use and pay.
I had to pay for fuel inside the convenience store.
Very bad experience

@virginactiveSA I don’t have a membership number, I cancelled my membership around July/August 2023 and my membership was reactivated/ renewed without my consent

@virginactiveSA a Virgin Active SA staff member, without my consent reactivated my membership.
This led to a my bank account being debited.
I have on 2 different occasions tried to get this resolved using the telephone number on the website but no success.
