@LeyaFalcon Yes. Whoever warned you is correct. That would be waaaay too much to try and do in a summer. EPY 702 is always better as a stand-alone course. If that was all you had to do this summer it would probably be fine, shifting it to Fall allows you more time to dig in and succeed.

@LeyaFalcon Ok. I’m (slightly) doxxing myself here: you shouldn’t have to demonstrate residency if you already had residency for your undergraduate degree. That residency status should have carried over.

There are other possible ways to apply pressure to get information from UNLV, at a minimum, to find out why you were denied, before a threat of a lawsuit.
