Turned out I was the confused one!! As a French Canadian, I genuinely thought that was an insult.

It actually means the opposite and I only figured that out because I had PlainspeakAI handy.

I made the analogy in the original fous4 course circa 2010. Traders get themselves in a hole of losses. There’s tools to build a ladder and get out safely, but its super slow. Or there is a jet pack that can get you out today, but it might explode. Everyone chooses the jetpack😖
