Tomorrow if one of @FedEx@FedExHelp managers could call me I would appreciate it. BTW my package should NOT be returned to the shipper due to your multiple miscommunications and errors. 4/
Tonight I was told that there are no managers working that could talk to me. I guess that means after business hours the folks who answer the phone are in charge of the company. 3/
Of 4 of those days you had no idea the package that was in Wisconsin was taking a leisurely trip to France (yes, the country). Yet again I have been told a manager would call me, this is the 7th time, with no call. 2/ @FedEx@FedExHelp
@FedEx@FedExHelp You again have dashed my hopes toward quality, strike that, any shred of customer service. Ove the last seven business day I have spent 8 hours on the phone and all day in a DM X chat yesterday to resolve an issue about my lost package. 1/
I have been a @FedEx customer for decades. After this last experience, I will never use them again. I will post the full story later today. Their once-highly-rated customer service is a thing of the past. Good Bye @FedExHelp !!!!
.@billyjoel got a mention at the Pentagon's presser today:
Q: "There was a fire at the Army's ammunition plant in Scranton today. At the risk of invoking Billy Joel, do we know who started the fire?"
RYDER: "I’d have to refer you to the Army ‘cause we didn’t start the fire."
I am watching @TheHillEvents Clean Energy Permitting Reform: The Path Forward with @Hickenlooper & @RepJohnCurtis. What a refreshing approach they have for getting things done in DC. #TheHillCleanEnergy
To the thousands of people who came to the vigil at the rock tonight, thank you. We’d also like to thank the @MichStatePolice for providing security for tonight’s vigil, so our officers were able to attend and take some time to grieve. We are all healing together. #SpartanStrong
