@CDanielDVazquez I love ya Daniel, but we must be careful with that line of thinking. Most people in Nazi Germany thought it was ok to keep Jewish people in concentration camps. Most people in the 1940's US thought it was ok to put Japanese Americans in interment camps.

@nbproudlove @titocurtis @mtlgazette I currently work at The Open Door and we are paid higher than the Old Brewery Mission and Welcome Hall Mission, where I also worked. As for overworked, the Old Brewery for example, is unionized and ensures adequate staffing-to-client ratio. There budget is also 10x higher.

@robert_hiltz @titocurtis Just as a clarification, the shelter did not close, we were forced to move. We are now at 3535 avenue du Parc. Some of the clients followed, but to many Cabot Square is their home.
