@joshuabusby Im so sorry for your loss, this came as a shock to me I wish I was more active on here so I could have sent a message here sooner. Hope you best wishes moving on, I'll miss Joshua, I loved talking to him in spaces.
honestly i would recommend everyone to read a "big" books a year
this is my first year doing so and last month I finished with War and Peace, next years gonna be Crime and Punishment and we'll see where I go from there
finally taking care of my health more.
fasting 1x a week
sleeping 8+ hours daily
avoiding polyester clothing
eating fruits, meat, eggs and dairy daily.
getting ample amounts of sunlight everyday on walks
doing fullbody workouts 2x a week, while sprinting 5x a week
the life...
I graduate from uni in one month, then three months later take a 7 hour exam for medschool, then one more after that apply to med school... wait a few months for responses, then write secondary essays... wait a few months to get interview, and finally get accepted. so much fun!
Pursue one noble passion and one selfish passion
I saw this being said in a clip on the web recently where a guy equated a noble passion to medicine, law, and engineering. The selfish passion included poetry, music, and art.
I'm glad I'm living this way for the past year
@joshuabusby yeah i agree, but i truly believe that you can't fully pursue more than 2 things at one time. Like for example you can't excel at being a doctor, musician, and football player all at the same time, i feel like 2 is the max limit if you wanna make it big in either
