I think whats gonna make or break @Fallout 76 is group "dungeon" design and "boss" fight mechanics. Traps, puzzles, and strategies.

@Fallout is there a benefit cap to your SPECIALS? if I have 'Magnetic Personality' I could potentially have have 21 CHA. Will there be a point to equipping MagPer if I have a 15 CHA?

For me, cartoon, anime, and video game cosplays can be harder since they dont follow the laws of physics.
How did they get into their armour? Dont know, it's a video game. It just pops on them.
