This is the job of USCIS, they charged thousands of dollars to process an application just because they need resources to vet everything. @pawpetrol386 @ShadesOfBlueAn1 @SriGaussian @AILANational Even if we ignore the fact that everyone in backlog has been vetted&legally approved by multiple govt agencies,this bill improves H1B program and adds protections which prevent abuse going forward. And H1Bs and green cards are independent. USCIS should refuse H1 visas to scammers
