@TruthSeek01011 Yes had to write the mps name. I confirm this happened when I voted! Albeit, I was at a central polling station outside my riding! Likely a factor.
@Trae_ai Took the time to install only to then find out not available in Canada. Could you make that more clear for folks so they avoid losing precious time.
@JulianGoldieSEO So much more palatable Julian. I couldn’t watch your videos anymore despite the good underlying content. Please keep this avatar version going. And hey I wouldn’t do any better live, so I appreciate you!
@OMApproach Not that he’s interested in the geothermal energy potential on the west coast of Greenland…. for data centers? Open your mind to the idea and let that sink in.
What is she talking about with such confidence. Maybe a few too many glasses of wobbly pop before someone gave her a mic. US like all other nations is a sovereign entity that can enter into legal agreements, treaties and contracts with other sovereign nations. International law is real. This person is speaking pure nonsense. Embarrassing that she is stating Canadian nationality!
@gonzalezharry@iruletheworldmo He wasn’t wrong about o1 , well ahead of everyone else. I have no idea who it is or where the source of the inside scoop comes from but I am not a skeptic anymore regarding this poster. Let’s see what grok 3 brings when it’s released.
I don’t think he was referencing cursor @rileybrown_ai ! Cursor is the solid builder of all of them as you well know from your experience. He is spot on for the mentioned products in his tweet imho.
Regardless your posts are always top notch and helpful for many. Keep up the great work as you are a true ambassador for agentic builds and community builders.
Excellent thread! I agree 100%.
The worst part is some of those mentioned apps continue to gaslight users and the founders are very well aware of the issues. Having been with many from the beginning it is my opinion that they have built in wildly unnecessary repetition into the backend prompts to hook users and ensure increasing revenue. I noticed the changes as they “developed”. Honestly I believe two of these apps mentioned may be the first really blatant tarnishing of AI where there is a systemic effort to literally rob people of their money. It’s really brutal as they have already received the major share of their profits. Now they gloat with workout videos as social superhero personas like a**h*les and act as ambassadors of AI for the masses. Just try resolving a basic customer support problem. Good luck , they farmed that out to untrained employees or simply botted a response sequence. Hard to tell because every one ends in a ghosted brick wall.
Hopefully the founders get rightfully exposed and their reputations accurately labeled as frauds. Great thing is there will be effective apps built that do away with these garbage peddlers.
A couple weeks back they changed the model to the checkpoint system. Charge per checkpoint. I purchased the full year package about 6 weeks ago.
Love the current unlimited aspect which keeps you going without interruption! That was a great move.
However the frustration of continually having to repeat the instructions plan and confirmation approval is comparable to gaslighting the users.
I am going to keep trying different techniques.
Deployment is another topic which may or may not be possible with the current level of support they are providing. That is an entirely reckless setup with very little end user experience fore site. What’s the point of going zero to 95% quickly if you can’t complete your project and deploy for the final 5 percent.
Hopeful they continue to improve quickly and reinvest in the service side.
I’m completely frustrated with Replit's recent changes. It feels like they're prioritizing revenue over user experience.
Simple projects, like a basic portfolio page, are now nearly impossible to launch.
I’ve tried countless workarounds, but to no avail. It's disheartening to see such a promising platform succumb to greed. I'm forced to switch back to a less user-friendly alternative.
Their customer service is also a major disappointment. It’s clear that they’re more focused on profit than helping their users.
It’s a shame to see a community-driven platform become so corporate-driven. I hope they’ll reconsider their approach and prioritize the needs of their users.
