There are only 3 things to come out of the protest.
1. Already happening- The politicization of the protest making the students be sidelined.
2. The Government forming policies to ban social media in the future.
3. Another Indo Pak war loading just before the next elections.
Surrendering my Indian Passport today!
Bittersweet for sure. But at least my children will have education and unbiased examinations. The level of them is surely controversial and up for debate. Feel for the protesters but this is exactly what I meant in the quoted tweet!
Koi bhi desh perfect nai hota.. usse behtar banana padta hai. But desh koi hi behtar nai banna hai toh?
It's been 4 years living abroad and I won't lie that I don't miss India. But everyday that urge to go back to India and settle there keeps decreasing.
Just remember Man city was in a deep panic mode mid way through the season they won the treble. Hopefully we are in a similar position and come out of this strong!
@viraj_sheth India dual citizenship ke liye nai man rha, OCI players ko allow nai karta khelne aur 20 Brazilians ko import karega😂.
Also ISL organise hota nai inse, football team dominance chaiye tuje
Mann, this loss is going to haunt us!!!!
With the squad we have this season, it feels now or never. And we are not doing us any favours with results like these. #AVFCvAFC
India spent years thinking Brexit would take their jobs.
Turns out it took their proudest home record instead.
History doesn't repeat itself, but sometimes it drifts and edges to the 1st slip.
Simon Harmer. Simon Came Back. #IndianCricket
2015-17: Simon Harmer toured India, took 6 wickets in 3 Tests, got dropped, heard "Simon go back", signed Kolpak with Essex and swore he'd never play for SA again.
2020: Brexit killed Kolpak.
2025: That same Simon, now 36, returns to India and takes 17 wickets.
Everytime the Indian women’s team achieves something monumental, we say “it feels like 1983 again.”What they’ve done tonight isn’t like 1983. It’s bigger, bolder, and born from battles we barely saw. Last time we compare. Next time they do it, It’s the beginning of their own era
Whatever happens this weekend whether it’s one massive celebration or a heartbreak that’s hard to shake off, it’s going to be wild.
Because that’s what sport does. It makes you believe, it makes you feel, and sometimes, it makes you jump on the bandwagon.
I’ve always followed most sports except the North American ones and honestly, I’ve never liked bandwagon fans. Especially the influencer kind.
But now I live in Toronto, the Blue Jays are one win away from a World Series title… and I’m fully on the bandwagon.
Being on the bandwagon isn’t wrong.
It’s how more people start caring, how the noise grows, how teams feel the love, and how sport actually spreads.
Not every fan has to have a decade of history sometimes it just takes one crazy match to pull you in.
Is this the 1983 for Women's cricket??
And, girls- let's show the country now how to win a home world cup!!!
Lessgoooo!!!!
