@BTCBreadMan@ghostofmatias2 I've round tripped this shit 5 times.
I'm questioning the fundamental sales thesis behind STRC. You're the one claiming to explain it normies.
Who is this product good for? Who is the buyer? Bitcoiners? If so why give up the upside for a very similar downside risk?
@ghostofmatias2@BTCBreadMan The drawdown is never what I'm worried about. The concern is that it draws down and stays down. That's the the risk. The question is does STRC protect you from THAT risk?
@BTCBreadMan Normie: so then if you believe bitcoin is going to go up you should buy bitcoin instead. Why would I buy strc? If bitcoin doesn't go up strc fails. So I'm giving up upside but exposing myself to the same risk.
@proofofworkmaxi@SullyMichaelvan Yes. Optics are important. People need to believe that the product he is selling is resilient. Sacrificing short term shareholder value to increase investor confidence that STRC can do what it promises and survive tough times
@SullyMichaelvan No it doesn't. The question is what happens IF mstr becomes a forced seller. Nothing was proven here except that when he sells the market reacts extremely negative.
