Specialization in education disables you from even trying other avenues of your strength.

How many times have you heard these from people ?

" I am a financial guy, not a sales guy."

" I am a marketing guy, not a sales guy"

And so on.

What follows by that "not" is a disabler

Instead be a multidimensional & multidisciplinary human being.

Most of us are a combination of spouses, parents, siblings, entrepreneurs, employees, neighbors, friends, cousin, and so on.

Like that most of us have a combination of skills - sales, marketing, leadership, money, relationship, research, operational, etc.

Now, Imagine if someone said, "I am just a spouse, and not a parent" - what would you call that person?

At work, home, or even in your social circle - we are all multidimensional being. So, empower yourself by being a "deep generalist", - not by being a singular specialist.

2️⃣ 1916: Sykes-Picot Agreement → A secret British-French deal carves up the region into spheres of influence, ditching Arab independence promises.

3️⃣ 1917: Balfour Declaration → Britain expresses 'sympathy with Jewish Zionist aspirations' and pledges a 'national home for the Jewish people (Zionism)' in Palestine—backing the Zionist movement's goals while sidelining the Arab majority.

See? Three separate proposal docs, one land, and one massive contradiction. The man who drew the borderlines—he later called it 'the great swindle.' He also died before he could see the division happen.
