@oregonducksmama I spent the weekend in Portland last week for the holiday. I can count on one hand the number of homeless people I saw. The waterfront was a pleasant walk to the Saturday market. No tents or other indications of a problem. Is this unusual? Was there a sweep?

We've hit the halfway point of a structure a day for #InfrastructureMonth! The Kimberlina Road Viaduct is located east of SR 43 and south of Wasco in Kern County.

This structure is 110 feet long and will take high-speed trains over existing traffic. #InfrastructureWeek #BuildHSR
