NEW: Florida man who shot at a Walmart delivery drone over his home and joked with officers that he “can’t breathe,” ordered to pay the retail chain $5000.
New Jersey could use this guy right now.
Walmart employees say they were performing a mock delivery with the drone when a pop rang out.
The drone then raced back to the facility.
72-year-old Dennis Winn says he shot at the drone with his 9mm after it flew over his property.
The Lake County Sheriff's Office says they found a bullet hole in the payload the drone was carrying.
Winn will avoid jail time as long as he is not charged with any other crimes within six months.
One thing I think is not often addressed in discussions about pornography is that it turns human beings into monsters.
A while back, I listened to a lecture where a researcher gave statistics on the prevalence of violent, deviant, and criminal content in most internet pornography, and the numbers were terrifying. That vile industry is often fueled by the trafficking, dehumanization, and abuse of vulnerable women and children.
People regularly excuse porn enslavement as though it’s just an outlet for natural impulses to be satisfied when nothing could be further from the truth.
Pornography is the realm of the demonic. It awakens the desires of Hell. It corrupts the soul and endangers innocent lives.
Accept no excuses.
@KILLTOPARTY When we marry, don’t we vow to love each other “for richer and poorer, in sickness and in health, till death do we part?” It seems he didn’t love her, but he loved the idea of the life she would give him.
Christian parents, don’t use the shenanigans of an imaginary elf to manipulate your children and prop up the lie of Santa, then be surprised when children become adults, they reject Jesus as well.
@Austen The Bidens are liars. It seems the apple hasn’t fallen too far from the tree. And teaching children their actions don’t have consequences is how our country got into this mess.
@meganysta@torontolibrary Whatever happened to libraries being a safe place for children? What is wrong with the staff there? So sorry that happened and thankful for the random helpful person. We all should be randomly helpful people. Especially to lost children.
@HazelAppleyard_ Remember that story about a king who was lied to by swindlers and convinced to wear “special” clothes only the wise could see until a little kid called out the BS? Yep.
