@AerLingus In October I was charged double price on my credit card, yesterday I took the flight from London via Dublin and my checked in bag didn't arrive in Seattle-this is terrible! Help. Please.

@AerLingus I've been charged twice for my flight and it's not a case of double-booking (error on my part) and I have to fill out a form to get my money back £478 and wait. I can't believe I can't speak to someone who can directly refund me. Not happy!

@AerLingus I've 2 transaction codes from my credit card company. I didn't double-book which you confirmed. Please cancel the 2nd transaction. Watch out other customers-AL charge you double on your credit card, say they can't cancel & expect you to wait for it to drop off while out of pocket

@AerLingus Warning: watch out for the double the price holding charge AL will slap on your credit card. I've been charged twice, AL say they can't cancel the second transaction, £478 extra they took from my credit card (not my error) and I have to wait for it to drop off?!

@AerLingus Plus there is no such thing as a 'preflight travel form' which I was told to fill out. I can't see it online under forms. I don't want to cancel the flight I have confirmed by submitting a refund form. You've charged me twice so I'd just like my money back.
