Knee has been hell since late Nov. W/ some PT work & a break from ball, I’ve slowly gotten better. I’ve been training youth some & done light jogging for ~2 months. Individual work 2day: dribbling, juggling, passing off a wall. No sprints yet, will try to play on March 2.
