@MarkAShirk Everyone who uses PowerPoint a lot should read Jennifer Egan's novel A Visit from the Goon Squad, which has a whole chapter written in PowerPoint that is surprisingly beautiful. Everyone else should read that book too just because it's good.

@hellenkeniford This is incredible, and the kind of thing that's going to make me miss Twitter once it's finally ruined.

This sums up the entire argument in the UNC affirmative action case.

[Jonathan Hensley @jb_hensley]

Barrett is doing the same thing at this oral argument that she did in Dobbs. Here it's "You don't need affirmative action anymore because there's affinity housing." In Dobbs it was "you don't need legal abortion because you can just drop that baby off."

[Tom Morello @tmorello]

Congrats to my former ⁦@Harvard⁩ bandmate ⁦@CarolynBertozzi⁩ on her ⁦@NobelPrize⁩ in chemistry! We won the Ivy League Battle of the Bands in 1986 with our rockin’ group ‘Bored Of Education’, with her on keyboards & me in spandex. https://t.co/LemA6pcSPV

For those of us with kids in school, it's an important time of year--the start of school email season.

[Jonathan Hensley @jb_hensley]

@MattC15 Very generous of Mike. I also had the pleasure of TAing for him, and he is a great teacher and human being.
