A very good post, and one that shouldn't be necessary. I am not a Substack subscriber, and I may disagree with you on some things ($IREN); this post is factually accurate. I read all your posts. I like the provocative stance, and as always, I do my own research. It's good to have thought-provokers to keep the senses sharp! Bravo for the transparency post.
@daniel_koss Valid rationale. I did the same think on $POET and while it has resulted in significant missed opportunity, having a value based conviction results in gains over time.
@daniel_koss Agree. It's short-term pain for long-term gain. The same issue has held $IREN back as well. Both are amazing opportunities and will both be wildly successful from different approaches.

RIP “manual landscaping work” 🤯
I built a $5,000 AI automation system for landscaping companies…
and you can literally copy the entire thing.
This setup can handle:
- the leads
- the funnel
- the follow-up
- the bookings
- the pipeline
all without the landscaper touching a single button.
This thing turns a chaotic landscaping business into a clean, automated revenue loop.
If you’ve been trying to break into AI automation and struggling to find a niche that actually pays?
Landscaping is a cheat code:
→ High-ticket jobs
→ Owners who are slammed on-site all day
→ Zero systems
→ Massive TAM in every city
And this build hits EVERY pain point:
→ A funnel that forces conversions
→ Automated lead routing the second someone fills the form
→ Instant SMS intro sequences that pretend to be the owner
→ Booking on autopilot
→ Follow-up flows that revive “dead” leads for weeks
→ A nurture engine that prints appointments
→ A white-label client dashboard
→ A full backend that runs while landscapers are out trimming hedges
I recorded the full thing — the workflow, the structure, the triggers, the lead logic, the follow-up system, the whole backend.
I even included the exact automations I use to sell this for $2,000–$5,000 + $200–$300/mo in maintenance.
If you're trying to get your first automation client…
Or you want a system you can sell tomorrow morning…
This is the one.
