BREAKING: The Biden administration announced today that it would automatically forgive $39 billion in student debt for 804,000 borrowers.

The relief is a result of fixes to the student loan system’s income-driven repayment plans. Under those repayment plans, borrowers get any remaining debt cancelled by the government after they have made payments for 20 years or 25 years, depending on when they borrowed, and their loan and plan type.

The announcement comes weeks after the conservative-majority Supreme Court struck down President Biden’s sweeping student loan forgiveness plan, which would have delivered relief to about 37 million people.

The Education Department will notify eligible borrowers in the coming days.

Teren became a participant in the last show of the United Ukrainian Ballet, which performed in the US states. In the finale of the performance, the soldier and the dancers performed the choreography set by Emma Evelein and sang the national anthem of Ukraine. The main goal of the performance was to draw attention to the war in Ukraine and raise funds for humanitarian aid.

Road trip passing through Central California, headed north and we see a cloud bank that we are about to drive into.

Looks like fog, but it’s 85° and 8:30pm PT. Windows up, A/C recirculating. Suddenly an unbelievably horrific stench seeps into the car.

I realize methane gas from cows is invisible so we Googled. We think it was a huge cloud of fecal dust. Yikes! In the air & likely all over my car. If you zoom in on my pics you might see the cows below the road. It looked like steam was rising from them.

Eat less cows because this SHIT can’t be good for the environment in more ways than one.
