@JoshHoltTEN @Qantas Spent 11 hours this week across a couple of calls for an urgent issue. They've now charged me 3 times for a single flight. Friendly staff but no solutions and if anything have made it worse. Went to Bris Airport to see if I could talk to a ticket desk - none there. #qantas
