@jipedestran @JeffreyBenson12 @FezzikSports Of course. I was at Circa the first weekend it was open, celebrated birthdays, cabanas, recliners, family events. I’ve done it all at Circa. I didn’t say loyalists would boycott. The juice just wasn’t worth the squeeze and you don’t want to annoy your loyal customers.

@jipedestran @JeffreyBenson12 @FezzikSports Was the marketing mileage a positive for Circa? Every Circa loyalist I know despises GRP. I don’t think anyone was drawn to Circa because of GRP, but the association annoyed Circa loyalists.

How many golf fans would recognize this was a spin off a movie? A few hundred? I’m not a movie or golf person so maybe the movie popular in the golf world, but seems like this ad would have been relevant to a very very small number of people. #Fail

@BillKrackman The reels are just for show. The random number generator determines the win or loss. The reels are just there for the psychological part of the game to keep you entertained and playing longer.

Then he gets mostly ignored in 2026 and people are raving how great it was. That’s not a coincidence. Total change in priorities of BB for 2026 and people loved it.

@DanMyersCards I just think it’s appropriate for training camp to be in Kansas with the amount of money Kansas is committing to this project. Generally no, I don’t care. But why should Missouri benefit financially when they are not committing any money to the stadium or practice facility?
