Hey @ElectrifyAm two stations down at site 210219 in Seattle, but only one of them marked unavailable in the EA app despite CS confirming both station reported as having issues. Is it too much to ask for them to be fixed and be upgraded to 350kW power sharing?

@ElectrifyAm Hey @ElectrifyAm it’s almost two weeks later and 210219 has at least one car occupying a charging stall, but not charging. Hard to get the impressing that EA cares about customer experience, maybe if idle fees were turned on there would be enough money to expand/upgrade here.

.Hey @ElectrifyAm is there any plan to implement idle feed at high traffic stations like 210219 in Seattle, WA? 2 of 4 chargers are currently occupied by fully charged EVs and one of them is showing an idle time of 45 mins.

.Hey @ElectrifyAm customer service line with no estimated wait times is not cool. Station 200213 in Bellevue has two chargers ‘unavailable’ and there is no clear path to assistance from EA.

@AlaskaAir Two things here, I requested a callback more than 24 hours ago when, presumably, callbacks were being accepted. If callbacks aren’t being accepted then someone at @AlaskaAir should probably turn off the option since it is continuing to be offered while I sit on hold.

Hey @AlaskaAir are customers affected by cancellations actually going to get callbacks? ~13 hrs ago the estimated time for a callback was ~7.5 hrs and now the line is ‘disconnected’ when I attempt to call. Not feeling the #AlaskaCarelines spirit right now.

Hey @AmericanAir - doesn’t feel like your staff are empowered to assist customers. Issues with our booking dumped our paid main cabin extra seat assignments and the check in agent isn’t able to reassign us to comparable seats. #americanairlines
