Today, we stand on the threshold of a great historic victory, which will be achieved thanks to the sacrifices of the Mujahideen, the blood of the martyrs, and your steadfastness and unmatched patience.
We call upon you, in these decisive moments, to exercise further patience, steadfastness, and restraint, and not to head toward the villages, towns, and targeted areas in the South, the Beqaa, and the southern suburbs of Beirut before the issuance of the final official announcement of a ceasefire in Lebanon. This is because this treacherous and brutal enemy, which seeks to escape the image of its defeat, may resort to acts of treachery in order to fabricate a false image suggesting that it has achieved an accomplishment it was unable to obtain on the battlefield.

God willing, you will soon return to your villages and homes standing tall, heads held high, honorable and victorious, as you have always been.
