@MikeWatersSYR Changing coaches is only part of equation Are they going to spend more money in Nil. 24 college BB Programs spend at least 8 million or more. The bigger question is: “Is it worth it?” Are schools simply buying a winner? And then you gotta do it again next year?

@MarshallStPod44 I like it. Our problem for the last 22 years has been recruiting. Haven't been in the top 30 recruiting since 2001. With 5 different coaches. And his reputation and connections in that area are top notch.

(Recruiting difficulty; money; fan base, etc) Our answers over the years changed as our fortunes changed. Name a few schools

@Parkerandrson @ccarlsononSU We haven't had a Top 30 recruiting class in 22 years-with 5 different coaches. That's the issue. So if we and the other 95% of Power 5 schools are trying to get to a bowl, I'm OK with that.

That's 5 different coaches. 2 If we hire a new coach and he's successful, he'll leave for greener pastures; If he's unsuccessful, we'll be calling for a new one
