.@TheRAC_UK still waiting after 23 hours. And another 23 to go before we might be recovered. Your departments don’t talk to one another - altho they make promises on their behalf. We no longer believe anything we’re told. How do we get this sorted out.

@MartynHarkess @TheRAC_UK Our car was eventually recovered 28 hours after our first call and we were able to set off home. That was 6 days ago. Heard nothing from @TheRAC_UK so we got the name of the contractor who’s got our car. They were more informative. Another 6 days and it should be back with us.
