What a perfect combination - egg and chips, while we are planting potatoes with students and staff from Victoria College, we are also hiding Easter eggs, early you say, it's never too early for chocolate!
What a brilliant morning we had with students and staff from Victoria College sowing vegetable, salad and flower seeds, filling bird feeders, then there's experimental blueberry planting, (watch this space) along with oodles of tea and biscuits, then lunch , lovely!
Like magic there was not 1, but 2 mud kitchens at the eco centre. If anyone has a spare child's tea set, metal pots and pans, wooden spoons or child friendly kitchen implements you can donate to our new mud kitchens, please let us know at [email protected] thank you.
4 students & staff joined us from Victoria College, sensory planting & sowing, smelling, feeling herbs, re-potting plants & sowing herbs for edible flower beds, chatting, giggling & drinking tea - a beautiful morning, same time, same place next week! @GC_Collection@TheBotanics
