F*ck tipping - by Darnell Mayberry - Money Talks
@DarnellMayberry makes his steps into the tipping debate again. Do you agree with it? Read it and see if my friend’s position makes sense. To tip or not to tip? That is the question. https://t.co/0bUHcIuS0u
@DarnellMayberry makes a strong case for exploring homeownership. Property can create generational wealth, which is what Black people tend to take for granted. Read this blog on buying property.

@jeffpearlman Poor ownership bled the soul out of SI. I quit reading it about a decade ago when the magazine stopped telling great stories such as the ones you wrote there. Sure, reader habits have changed, but, damn, I feel sorry for sports fans who never saw sports journalism at its best.

Just talked to a friend who’s in the Alaska status program. He told me Alaska will let me, a Diamond medallion, into its top-tier program immediately. I have a flight to JFK tomorrow, and I’ll talk to Alaska about joining its ranks. I’m looking for options to @Delta.
I might reconsider my decision not to chase airline status in ’24. All of it depends on what @Delta decides to do when it reworks the horrific changes it announced for its status program. I'm waiting to hear what airline officials decide in fixing its money-grab.
Voting opened in Ohio today, and I got there to cast my ballot. The state has some important issues to address. Abortion rights and the private use of marijuana are two of the. But the People’s Budget is a local one that Clevelanders should look at. I hope it passes.

I hate to say this, but Colorado isn’t ready just yet for “Prime Time.” Now, it’s still early, but the Buffs have been unable to do anything against the Oregon Ducks.
