I will never understand how an entire generation thought carpet over hardwood floors was a good idea.

@IHGhotels Except for when they try to charge you for a car that you needed to reschedule!

[Julia Jornsay-Silverberg @jbethjs]

@IHGhotels It has nothing to do with my reservation; it has to do with your Milan location that’s trying to charge us for a car service that we needed to reschedule. Not to mention, we are IHG MEMBERS! I can’t imagine how you guys treat nonmembers 😳😳😳

[Julia Jornsay-Silverberg @jbethjs]

#TravelTip - don’t stay at @IHGhotels. We’ve had awful #customerservice from them dealing with a flight delay where we needed to reschedule our car service. They’re trying to make us pay for a car that we DIDN’T USE because our flight was 5 hours delayed.

[Julia Jornsay-Silverberg @jbethjs]

I’ve never experienced such poor customer care from @IHGCorporate -or anywhere LOL. It’s actually embarrassing that a MAJOR hotel chain would try to make guests pay for a car service that needED to be rescheduled BECAUSE of a flight delay. 😳
