@AmazonAlexa I tried to disable a skill. Didn’t work and when I try to link it I get “Link between accounts has expired”. Any thoughts? I’ve already reinstalled Alexa app on iPhone
@AmazonHelp None of these steps have resolved the issue. Are there any known connectivity issues between Amazon and Kumo Cloud? That’s the skill that is “broken”.
@Dell is there anyway to speak to a human? I need to cancel an order because it’s “on hold” and “ pending “. I’ve tried the Web and it won’t let me cancel and there’s no way to speak to anyone please help.
@DrJosephRicca Hello. With what’s happening in DC re: DOE do you have any thoughts on the WPCSD impact? My daughter is a teacher here and my grandkids go to school here so I’m a bit concerned.

@theapplehub So it looks like iOS 18, at least on iPhone 16 can’t connect to CarPlay. Anybody have any experience with this? Tried on multiple cars with different cables.
