If @chowdeck ever decides to enter the event ticketing space, they already have a head start!
Why?
Because they already have both sides of the marketplace ๐ , people who buy things and vendors who sell food at events.
They could start by organizing a few Chowdeck Food Festivals, invite restaurants already on the platform, and sell tickets exclusively through the app.
It's a win win situation, restaurants get more customers, users discover new food, hangout and meet new people.
Then, Chowdeck opens up a new revenue stream beyond delivery.
Sometimes the next product isn't built from scratch, it grows from the ecosystem you've already created ๐ kudos to @LordBinary_
Product thought after trying the @RelianceH_ng app
The onboarding starts with a login wall. Thatโs great if 95% of downloads come from existing cooperate members since you guys are more focused on B2B, the product team likely onboarded them manually first, meaning their accounts are pre created in the backend and app is treated as an employee portal.
But since reliance Care is an hybrid model, attracting individual customers is also a strategic goal, Iโd question the experience.
Why not introduce a B2C Self Serve Sign-Up?
Why not let first time users (downloaders)
1. See (New to Reliance? Create an account on our website)
2. Explore plans
3. Compare partner hospitals
4. See pricing
5. Try a telemedicine preview
6. Buy a plan
Then create their account automatically after purchase.
Also, this can be a could have, not necessarily must have, but you can also allow guest users (non-logged-in users) to browse partner hospitals, see subscription plan prices, or even do a quick telemedicine trial chat before forcing them to create an account.
People donโt download a health insurance app because they want an account. They download it because they want health coverage.
Show value first. Ask for commitment second.
Today I ordered food on @chowdeck and realized the SIM linked to my account wasn't available. That's when I noticed a potential failure point.
I could call the rider through the app, but the rider couldn't call me back through the app.
If my line is unavailable, the delivery now depends entirely on me initiating contact.
A simple "Call Customer" button and real time chat could help riders recover situations like this and reduce failed deliveries.
Interesting edge case.
The only disadvantage of dating an overthinker is that they literally know everything before it happens, like they've thought of everything that can happen before it happens.
They've thought of how they can move on, how the solution can be, how they can be pained, how they can be broken and how they can live that situation before it happens.
