Just so the I don’t end the season without criticizing officials, I want to point out that after reviewing 7 million goaltending calls this season, the refs somehow missed the most obvious goal tend of the season against Florida in the first half and didn’t bother to look at it.

I’m not a TV executive, but I assumed the goal would be to broadcast big games at times that allow the maximum amount of people to watch it. Alabama @ Auburn tipping at 1:30 is just silly.

It’s early, but this Bama team has a long way to go. No offensive identity and still don’t have any interior D. They need so much from Sears and he’s been bad so far. Playing that poorly and losing to a mediocre Oregon team in that situation is unacceptable for a “contender”

This Celtics title has to be one of the emptiest titles ever. Caught every break along the way. Any other of the top teams out of the West beats this Celtics team.

@ColeFred24 Bama lost all the non-Clingan minutes. That’s a killer when the margin for error is so slim.

5) Bama will likely have to double on post touches similar to the NC game and hope that UConn shoots poorly.

Bama has a punchers chance, but will have to play their best game of the season and hope for subpar game from UConn. Hopefully the pressure of repeating gets to UConn.

Keys to the game for Bama to have a chance:

1) Bama will need to hit 15+ 3s.
2) Nelson/Pringle must stay out of foul trouble.
3) If Wrightsell is close to 100%, I think Bama will have to go to their small lineup with Nelson at the 5 for large portions of the game.

4) Can Bama hang offensively with Pringle in the game? Pringle’s been very effective in the tournament so far, but his presence in the game allows Clingan to patrol the paint. Bama can’t play small the whole game so Pringle has to be at least a net 0 in his minutes.
