@Dipasquale72219 @MuhlbeierRobert You've been able to pay for an MRI at a private diagnostic clinic in Alberta since 1993, under the PC government led by Ralph Klein. The NDP government allowed the status quo to continue. The UCP under Smith is increasing private, paid diagnostic imaging services.

I almost wish the new PM would delay calling the by-election, but he said he won't play games and will call one sooner rather than later.

@drseanmullen It's a limited series, but l oved Good Omens! Good Omens 2 was also fun. Enjoyed the first two seasons of Misfits (British), and the final season of The Umbrella Academy just dropped. Started Dark Matter the other day; first two episodes are promising.

Hooking the next generation: Dismayed to learn that tobacco companies are allowed to sell fruit flavored nicotine pouches in convenience stores to ANYONE, without age verification. Heavily marketed on social media, and prominently displayed on low, open shelves. Really? WTF!!

@TheBreakdownAB I paid into CPP for 48 years, hitting the maximum payment for years. A few years I did overpay, BUT was refunded the overpayment on my taxes. I am now collecting just under the maximum monthly CPP.

IN FOUR YEARS, I WILL HAVE RECEIVED BACK ALL OF THE MONEY THAT I PAID INTO CPP.
