I painted this big rock ❤️ Jeremy lugged this big chunk of rock around for an hour for me while hiking just so I could bring it home and paint it! 😍 it's about 11”x6"

Do you use counseling or therapy services? I was forced to go when I was younger and had a terrible experience with that sort of thing. I feel like I need to talk to someone professionally and I am very hesitant. I'm looking for how therapy has helped you.
