Another day of running across Jamaica to the other. Another day of a shuttle train close it's doors in my face. Another day of 0 improvement. And now you want to raise rates?? Why do you treat brooklyn like it doesn't exist??

@lirr @mta If the plan was to unload every train pulling into tracks 11 and 12 at jamaica, why wouldnt you have put in a second escalator for those who have mobility issues? and why make the staircases even narrower than the others?? was any of this actually thought out?!

I must say, the "transfer opportunities" announcements are comical. But I guess it's easier than saying "opportunity to accidentally elbow someone in the teeth while you run halfway across Jamaica to try to catch a train thay may or may not wait for you".good times

Why doesn't the 645 show up on the app as a possible change to Brooklyn when there is a 736 that goes from Jamaica to Brooklyn before the shuttle trains?
